Privacy Policy & Cookie Notice
This policy explains what data in7win.in.net collects, why, how long it is kept and what rights you have over it. The short version: this website has no login, no accounts and no server-side form processing, so the data we handle is deliberately minimal.
Last updated: 17 August 2026
01 Scope & Who We Are
This privacy policy applies to the website in7win.in.net and to every page published on it, including the game library, the game detail pages and the download and contact pages. It describes how we treat information relating to visitors to this website.
in7win.in.net is an independent affiliate and information website. We publish reviews, download guidance and technical documentation about the IN7 game app. We are the data controller for the limited processing described in this policy.
This policy does not apply to the gaming operator, to the IN7 application itself, to Telegram, or to any other third-party service you reach through a link on this website. Each of those has its own privacy policy which governs its own processing, and you should read them separately.
02 We Are Not The Gaming Operator
This is the most important thing to understand about our data position. in7win.in.net is an independent affiliate website and is not the operator. We have no connection to the gaming platform's systems, which means we do not hold and cannot access:
- your gaming account, username or password;
- your balance, transaction history or bet history;
- your KYC documents, identity documents or proof of address;
- your bank details, UPI ID, card numbers or any payment credential;
- your deposits, withdrawals or bonus status.
If you want to access, correct or erase data held by the operator, you must contact the operator directly through its support channel at t.me/bbxxyyz. We cannot action such a request on your behalf and we cannot see the data in question.
03 What Data We Collect
Technical data collected automatically
Like every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical information when a page is requested. This is generated by your browser rather than provided by you:
- IP address (which may be truncated or anonymised in logs);
- browser type and version, and operating system;
- device type and approximate screen dimensions;
- the page requested, the date and time, and the HTTP response code;
- referring URL — the page or search engine you arrived from;
- approximate geographic region derived from IP, at country or state level only.
This data is used to keep the website secure and working, to diagnose errors, to understand which content is useful, and to detect abusive traffic such as scraping or denial-of-service attempts.
Data you choose to give us
The contact form on this website performs validation entirely in your browser. It has no server-side component, so nothing you type into it is transmitted to us or stored anywhere. That is a deliberate design decision: it removes any possibility of this page exposing your details. The form exists to structure your message before you copy it to a channel where a human can read it.
If you contact us through Telegram, whatever you send in that conversation is processed by Telegram under its own privacy policy, and is visible to the person you are messaging. Never include passwords, one-time passwords, full card numbers or identity documents in any message — no legitimate agent will ask for them.
04 What We Do Not Collect
To be explicit, this website does not:
- operate user accounts, logins or profiles;
- store any form submission on a server;
- request or process payments of any kind;
- collect financial account details, card numbers or UPI identifiers;
- collect identity documents or biometric data;
- request access to your contacts, SMS messages, call logs, camera, microphone or precise location;
- sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone, for any purpose.
05 Cookies & Local Storage
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website; local storage is a similar browser-provided mechanism. We keep our use of both to a minimum.
| Category | Purpose | Typical lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Core delivery, security and load handling. Cannot be switched off without breaking the site. | Session |
| Preference | Remembering interface choices you make, such as a filter selection on the games page. | Session to 12 months |
| Analytics | Aggregated, non-identifying measurement of which pages are read and how visitors navigate. | Up to 14 months |
| Affiliate / referral | Set by the operator's tracking domain after you follow an outbound link, to attribute a referral. | Up to 30–90 days |
How to control cookies
Every major browser lets you block, delete or restrict cookies from its settings, and all offer a private or incognito mode that discards them when the window closes. In Chrome, Edge and Firefox the controls sit under Settings › Privacy; in Safari under Preferences › Privacy. You can also install a tracker-blocking extension. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of this website from working correctly; blocking analytics and affiliate cookies has no effect on your ability to read anything here.
06 Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read, which games are looked up most and where visitors leave. Where analytics are used they are configured for aggregation rather than individual tracking: IP addresses are anonymised or truncated, and we do not attempt to build profiles of individual visitors or to link browsing activity to a real-world identity.
We do not use analytics data to make automated decisions about you, and we do not combine it with data from any other source. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we honour it for analytics purposes.
07 Affiliate Tracking
This is the disclosure that matters most on a site like ours. When you click a download or "play now" button on in7win.in.net, you are directed to the operator through a tracking link. That link allows the operator to attribute your visit — and, if you register, your account — to this website, which is how we are paid a commission.
What that means in practice
- A tracking cookie or identifier may be set by the operator's tracking domain when you follow the link. That processing is the operator's, not ours.
- We may receive aggregated, non-identifying reporting — for example, a count of registrations attributed to this website in a period.
- We do not receive your name, contact details, account identifier, balance, deposit amounts, individual bets or any other personal data about you from the operator.
- Our commission never changes the odds, the theoretical return of a game, the value of a bonus or the terms applied to your account.
If you would rather not be tracked as a referral, you can navigate to the operator directly rather than through our links, or clear cookies before registering. Doing so costs you nothing and changes nothing about the terms you receive.
08 Third Parties & Disclosure
The third parties that may process data in connection with your visit are:
- Our hosting and content-delivery provider — processes server logs to deliver pages and defend against attacks.
- Our analytics provider, where used — processes aggregated, anonymised usage measurement.
- The gaming operator and its affiliate platform — processes referral attribution after you follow an outbound link, under the operator's own privacy policy.
- Telegram — if you choose to contact a channel linked from this site, Telegram processes that conversation under its own policy.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We disclose data only where required by law, by a valid order of a competent authority, or where strictly necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or to protect the security of this website.
All fonts and assets used on this website are self-hosted. We do not embed third-party fonts, social widgets, comment systems or advertising networks, which means no additional third party observes your visit merely because a page loaded.
09 Why We May Process Data
Our processing rests on the following grounds:
- Legitimate interests — keeping the website secure and available, diagnosing faults, understanding in aggregate which content is useful, and preventing abuse. We have assessed that this processing is minimal and does not override your rights.
- Consent — for non-essential cookies and analytics where consent is required in your jurisdiction. You may withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings.
- Legal obligation — retaining or disclosing information where the law requires it.
10 Retention Periods
- Server access logs — typically retained for up to 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes, then deleted or aggregated beyond identification.
- Aggregated analytics — retained for up to 14 months so that year-on-year comparisons are possible. This data does not identify individuals.
- Cookies on your device — retained for the lifetimes shown in section 05, or until you delete them.
- Contact-form content — never stored, because the form has no server-side component.
We do not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
11 Children's Privacy
This website concerns real-money gaming and is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete anything we hold.
If you share a device with a minor, we strongly recommend device-level parental controls or filtering software to block gambling-related content. Never store gaming credentials in a browser on a shared device.
12 Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to personal data we hold about you:
- Access — to be told what data we hold and to receive a copy.
- Correction — to have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure — to have data deleted where there is no lawful basis to keep it.
- Restriction — to limit how data is used while a query is resolved.
- Objection — to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Portability — to receive data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time, where processing relies on consent.
- Complaint — to raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority.
Because this website collects so little, in most cases the only data we could hold about a given visitor is a server log entry. We will nevertheless respond to any request. Please note again that rights over data held by the gaming operator — account details, transactions, KYC documents — must be exercised with the operator directly; we have no access to it.
13 Security
This website is served over HTTPS so that traffic between your browser and our host is encrypted in transit. We apply infrastructure hardening and rate limiting at the hosting layer, and we deliberately minimise the attack surface: there is no database of users, no login, no session store and no server-side form handler, which means there is very little for an attacker to obtain.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet. For your own protection: use a unique password on any gaming account, enable login OTP where available, never install an application file from an unofficial source, and never share a one-time password with anyone for any reason.
14 International Transfers
Our hosting, content-delivery and analytics providers may process technical data on servers located outside India. Where such a transfer occurs, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, including contractual protections and their own compliance frameworks. The data involved is limited to the technical information described in section 03.
15 Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, in the technologies we use, or in the content of this website. The revised version takes effect when published here and the "last updated" date changes accordingly. Where a change materially affects how we process personal data we will make that clear on this page. Please review it periodically.
16 Data Queries & Contact
To exercise any right described in section 12, to ask a question about this policy, or to report a privacy concern relating to this website, use the form on our contact page and select the Privacy or data request topic. Please describe your request clearly so we can identify what you need without asking for additional personal information.
For data held by the gaming operator — account records, transactions, KYC documents, bet history — contact the operator's support channel at t.me/bbxxyyz. We cannot pass such requests on, and we cannot see the underlying data.
